How many photos will I get?
· The simple answer; “whatever we can get on day of”. On average, for a 15 hours wedding, with 2 shooters, we deliver anywhere from 800 to 2000 photos.

Do you deliver every photo you shoot?
· To ensure that we capture the perfect moment, we take multiple photos. For example, when taking group photos, we take 3-5 shots to account for any blinks or individuals who may not have been ready. With multiple photos, we can use Photoshop to create a single flawless image instead of relying on multiple imperfect shots.

Do you do destination wedding?
· Yes! We love to travel! Travels are subject to a fee depending on location(s). Fee is negotiable on a case by case basis. Standard driving fee is $1.50/mile. No charge if within 35 miles radius of Orlando, FL.

Which photographer will be shooting my wedding/event/portraits?
· The main photographer/videographer will always be at your event. The main photographer/videographer will hired trusted second/third shooters as needed.

What is the usual turnaround time?
· For a typical 15 hours Vietnamese wedding, photos are usually released in 2 to 4 weeks; for videos, 4 to 6 weeks. Step and Repeat photos/teaser video are usually released within 48 hours.

I want to book you, what’s next?
· Send us a message about your needs. A short description wills farther the process in our replies. A face to face consultation is highly encouraged. If not possible, then over the phone would be the next best thing. We would love to get to know our clients, as well as our clients get to know us. We want you to feel comfortable with us while on the other side of the lens. While at our meeting, we will go over details regarding our service to you, contracts, and quote.

How will I get my photos/videos?
· We have an online gallery format to deliver your content. The online gallery is password protected. It is mobile friendly so you can show off to your families and friends. Photos and videos can be download at full resolutions from the gallery. Photos can be download in single, favorites, or as a whole. For video, in all our packages, they include an external hard drive with all the footage.

How long will it takes to get my prints/album?
· From the time your photos are available, it can take up to 3 weeks to get the media to deliver to your door.

What are my payment options?
· We take many form of payment. We take cash, checks, cashier’s check, and/or any Visa card. For electronic transactions, a 5% processing fee will be applied.

What equipment do you use?
· We have the latest Sony Alpha Full Frame systems; all professional grade lenses by Sony G-Master series or similar.

What is the recommended time frame to do engagement/pre-wedding photo shoots?
· We recommend 4-6 weeks before the wedding date to ensure proper delivery time of prints. This is to ensure that you will have content to use for your invitations, sign in book, menu, card stock, prints, etc.
